This letter is to commend your company and its people for the outstanding job it did handling a recent problem with my propane service. On the 22nd of February we discovered that our recently filled propane tanks were completely empty. I called your office around 4:00PM and informed you of our problem. At approximately 5:00PM your service tech arrives and is ready to diagnose the problem. He discovers that the line entering the home has worn through and sets up a couple temporary cylinders to get us through until repairs can be done. I called the office the next morning and said I would be leaving for the month of March and could we get the repairs done before we leave? Your office gets a hold of a trenching service and he comes out and digs an 80’ trench and schedules repairs for Monday. Your tech, concerned about the weekend, brings us fresh cylinders Friday night to get us through the weekend. The next Monday your tech arrives, puts in new pipe and the truck arrives to refill our tanks, by that night we are back in business! Tuesday we leave for vacation worry free.
